These Terms govern use of edenplatforms.io and communications with Eden Platforms LLC (“Eden,” “we,” “us”). Product subscriptions and platform use are governed by the product-specific terms for Eden Educate and Eden Elevate.
2. Acceptable Use and Submitted Content
You may not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, or attempt unauthorized access. If you submit feedback, a demo request, or other material, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Eden a limited license to use it to respond to you and improve our services.
3. AI Transparency
Some Eden products include AI-assisted features. AI-generated material may be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, medical, regulatory, or educational advice. Users must review output before relying on or publishing it. Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, or other sensitive information to AI features.
4. Disclaimers and Liability
This marketing site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this site.
5. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or this site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules, with one neutral arbitrator.
Either party may bring an individual qualifying claim in small-claims court and may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property or security rights. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general, or representative action. You may opt out by emailing hello@edenplatforms.io from the relevant email address within 30 days after first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
